Managing Director (CEO) – Consumer Brand Scale‑up

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led premium consumer brand to appoint a Managing Director (CEO) who will own the day‑to‑day operations and drive the next phase of growth. This is a hands‑on commercial leadership position reporting directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy to accelerate business growth.
• Lead DTC, omnichannel, retail and marketplace expansion.
• Build and scale subscription and recurring‑revenue models.
• Drive operational excellence, supply‑chain optimisation and margin improvement.
• Shape organisational design, recruit and develop high‑performing teams.
• Identify and launch new international and channel opportunities.
• Prepare the company for long‑term value creation and a strategic exit.

Required profile

• Proven track record scaling a premium consumer brand.
• Experience leading omnichannel businesses across DTC, retail and marketplaces.
• Success building recurring‑revenue or subscription models.
• Strong operational and commercial performance optimisation background.
• Ability to guide founder‑led companies through rapid scale and exit planning.
