Mandarin Speaking Paid Media Manager (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Paid Media Manager to join our team in Reading. You will lead paid media strategy for our direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce site, working across Google, Bing and emerging AI advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads and AI‑driven ad platforms.
• Plan, optimise and scale campaigns in Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure best‑practice execution and continuous performance improvement.
• Test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and campaign structures to maximise ROAS.
• Allocate budgets effectively to meet commercial targets.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
• Work closely with SEO, content and paid social teams to align multi‑channel acquisition efforts.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a B2C e‑commerce environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on data‑led optimisation.
