Mandarin‑speaking E‑commerce Specialist (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking E‑commerce Specialist to join our Reading office. You will manage Amazon marketplace operations, ensure smooth order processing and help grow our product presence on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Process, track and update Amazon orders through Seller Central or Vendor Central, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, fulfilment status and resolve delivery issues, invoice queries and account health matters.
• Create and maintain product listings, catalogue content, compliance checks and support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and advertising data; produce regular reports, dashboards and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, reviews and marketplace trends; work with marketing and content teams to optimise product presentation and keyword visibility.
• Maintain SOPs, support e‑commerce projects, explore automation and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a right‑first‑time approach to operational tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What we offer

• £30,000 per year, depending on experience
