Manufacturing Engineer – 6‑Month Contract (up to £32/h)

About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a six‑month contract in Yeovil. The role focuses on improving product manufacturing processes and supporting the production of world‑class aerospace components, particularly helicopters.
Key responsibilities
- Improve product manufacturing processes and uphold high quality standards.
- Plan and optimise continuous assembly sequences and processes.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, technical documentation, and tooling.
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Required profile
- Experience using Catia for design and engineering tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
- Background in the aerospace sector, preferably helicopter manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lynx Helicopter projects is advantageous.
