Manufacturing Labourer – Production Team (Robertsbridge)

About the role

Our client is seeking reliable Manufacturing Labourers to join a busy production team in Robertsbridge. The role involves hands‑on work on the factory floor, moving and handling products, and supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and package components as required.
• Move products around the production floor, both indoors and outdoors.
• Carry out various tasks on the manufacturing line, including basic machining work (training provided).
• Assist colleagues with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to work inside and outside in a manufacturing environment.
• Own transport preferred but not essential; public transport is available.
• Reliability and ability to work Monday‑Friday (8:00‑16:30, with a shorter Friday finish).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
