About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join our busy food production team in Rochester. The role operates within a fast‑paced environment, supporting the creation of high‑quality food products while adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Mix products according to set recipes.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ensure all outputs meet quality and food safety standards.
- Support the wider production team with general duties as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production setting (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliability, good work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Willingness to work with ingredients and machinery – full training will be provided.
