Manufacturing Technician

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor sophisticated automated production lines.
• Record batch data and manage inventory using specialised systems such as MacPac and POMS.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting, diagnosing minor faults and escalating complex issues to Engineering.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace following 6S principles and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to doing tasks correctly the first time.
• Comfortable working with digital software and data entry interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Operation of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Use of MacPac system.
• Use of POMS system.
• Application of 6S workplace organization.
