Manufacturing Technician

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician will assemble and test electro‑mechanical products within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role also supports broader manufacturing activities and project delivery, ensuring products meet quality and design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test products according to manufacturing processes, drawings and timelines.
• Identify manufacturing problems, propose solutions and troubleshoot in collaboration with the Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Follow and support company procedures and processes without supervision.
• Respond promptly to manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Undertake reasonable additional duties as directed by the Manufacturing Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a complex electro‑mechanical assembly environment.
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to processes.
• Self‑motivated with a ‘Can Do’ attitude and ability to work independently.
• HND or equivalent in mechanical, manufacturing engineering or a related technical field (preferred).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
