Manufacturing Technician (night shifts)

About the role

Join a cutting‑edge MedTech manufacturing site in Witney, working night shifts to produce life‑changing healthcare devices. You will operate sophisticated automated equipment and ensure every product meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and monitor advanced automation machinery on a 4‑on/4‑off night shift (7 PM‑7 AM).
• Record batch data and inventory using specialised systems such as MacPac and POMS.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting, diagnosing minor faults and escalating complex issues to Engineering.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace following 6S principles and adhere to all quality, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to “do it right the first time”.
• Comfortable working with digital interfaces and data entry systems.
• Proactive problem‑solver who communicates clearly in a fast‑paced team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Required skills

• Experience with MacPac software.
• Experience with POMS system.
