Maps Reporting Specialist – Greek/French/Dutch

About the role

We are looking for a Maps Reporting Specialist who is fluent in English and either Greek, French or Dutch to join our London team. The role combines customer‑facing support for our maps service with data analysis and reporting to ensure high‑quality map content.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for the maps service, handling queries in English and the selected language.
• Analyse map data, generate reports and validate information to maintain precision and quality.
• Set up, configure and maintain devices used for editing, testing and documentation.
• Communicate task status to the Apple manager and liaise with other internal support groups.
• Collaborate with a global team to improve the overall user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical support or problem‑solving experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and one of Greek, French or Dutch.
• Graduation or equivalent 15 years of education.
• Interest in Apple products and mapping technologies.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QGIS for geospatial analysis.
• Experience using Mac OS X.
• Device setup and configuration for Apple hardware.
