Marine Customer Services Manager

About the role
The Marine Customer Services Manager will lead the administration and customer service function of the Marine School at Tyne Coast College. This role ensures a high‑quality experience for students, particularly overseas students, and supports the school’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Marine School customer service area and staff, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Update and ensure internal admission and enrolment processes for overseas students comply with UKVI requirements.
- Motivate, develop and monitor designated staff to achieve key performance targets.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience of effective team management.
- A team player with a positive working attitude.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role.
