Market Data Analyst

About the role

The Market Data Analyst will join a client‑focused team that blends support, operational oversight and regulatory compliance for market data services. You will work closely with global hedge funds, investment banks and proprietary traders to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to licensing policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, handling onboarding, entitlement changes and termination processes.
• Monitor daily operational workflows, resolve issues and collaborate with product, development and compliance teams to improve processes.
• Assist in audit reviews of ICE customers, analyse technical data flows, advise clients on entitlement controls and support the audit lifecycle from notification to resolution.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools and operational dashboards.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with market data licensing compliance and governance.
• High work ethic, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Knowledge of software development life‑cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with technical, sales and end‑user teams.
