Market Development Executive

About the role

As a Market Development Executive you will be the first point of contact for organisations that may be under‑insured or unsure how to approach cyber cover. You will generate interest, start informed conversations about cyber threats and business resilience, and book qualified meetings for our cyber insurance advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send emails and use LinkedIn to engage prospective clients.
• Convert cold prospects into warm conversations and qualified cyber‑insurance opportunities.
• Drive attendance to webinars, briefings and client education sessions.
• Use CRM tools to track activity, manage the pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Respond quickly to marketing campaigns, renewal prompts and inbound enquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation or insurance sales.
• Confidence speaking with decision‑makers, even on technical subjects.
• A curious mindset with willingness to learn about cyber risk, insurance, compliance and business resilience.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Resilience and drive to keep prospecting consistently.
