Market Planning & Operations Manager – EMEA Sales Operations

About the role

Netflix is expanding its advertising business across Europe and needs a Market Planning & Operations Manager to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will work from our London office and partner with senior leaders to design sales structures, forecast revenue and drive performance across the ad‑supported tier.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Market Expansion to define client segmentation, service levels, sales org structure and territory design for new markets.
• Lead sales‑operations processes including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning and monthly business reviews.
• Analyse large sales datasets to surface insights on revenue, pipeline, product usage and sales processes.
• Collaborate with Market Activation, Finance, HR and Business Operations on cross‑functional projects, representing sales requirements.
• Maintain and optimise sales data (accounts, territories, opportunities, activities) within the CRM system.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of programme performance to senior leadership.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly review materials and lead performance discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in advertising or advertising‑related fields with a focus on Sales Operations.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior sales stakeholders at country or regional level.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning large data sets into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
