Marketing and Communications Officer (iGolf & iPlay)

About the role

Join England Golf’s iGolf and iPlay team as one of two Marketing and Communications Officers. You will shape and deliver the marketing and communications framework for the iGolf and iPlay programmes, driving subscriber and user growth while championing the belief that golf belongs to everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, PR, email and website channels.
• Create conversion‑focused digital content, copy and visuals to attract and retain users.
• Analyse market data to inform strategy and optimise digital performance.
• Manage website content using the organisation’s CMS and maintain email marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of the full marketing mix, especially social networking, PR, email and website communications.
• Proven experience producing digital, conversion‑oriented content with strong copywriting ability.
• Ability to apply market analysis to drive digital marketing decisions.
• Experience using email marketing software and a Content Management System.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
