Marketing and Events Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will support the professional services team by planning and delivering events while contributing to marketing campaigns that raise brand visibility. This role requires strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute events, liaising with venues and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch promotional campaigns.
• Manage event budgets and ensure activities stay within allocated resources.
• Oversee production of marketing materials such as brochures and online content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate event and campaign performance, providing feedback for improvement.
• Maintain marketing databases and event schedules.
• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to boost visibility.

Required profile

• Strong background in event planning and marketing, preferably within professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive problem‑solver with meticulous attention to detail.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a clean driver’s licence for event travel.
