Marketing Assistant – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

This 3‑month contract role supports the Marketing team in a fast‑paced environment, helping to deliver campaigns and maintain brand presence. You will work closely with colleagues to coordinate a variety of marketing activities and ensure timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with internal marketing campaigns and communications.
• Manage and coordinate branded merchandise.
• Support day‑to‑day marketing projects and tasks.
• Help plan, create and schedule social media content.
• Prepare content and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate multiple marketing tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting on marketing activities.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience in a busy environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage several priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
