Marketing Assistant – Brand Partnerships & Email Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our family‑run business in South Shore. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help expand the brand’s reach across local and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential brand ambassadors and content creators who share our values.
• Maintain and activate relationships with existing influencers and affiliates.
• Lead end‑to‑end outreach to build long‑term, authentic partnerships.
• Design, build and launch engaging email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email.
• Create compelling organic content for social media channels.
• Manage the brand’s Trustpilot profile in collaboration with the customer service team.
• Monitor competitor activity, product launches and marketing trends to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a keen eye for market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Required skills

• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email.
• Content creation for social media.
• Basic knowledge of Trustpilot management.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £26,500 and £30,000 per year.
• 37.5‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, onsite parking and pension contribution.
