Marketing Assistant (Graduate) – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our hands‑on marketing team. This graduate‑level, full‑time position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting a career in marketing, working closely with the Marketing Manager to support the UK marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for digital and traditional channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, website updates and social media.
• Support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, leaflets and promotional assets.
• Help plan and deliver social‑media campaigns, monitor performance and contribute to reporting.
• Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events, handling logistics, promotional material distribution and post‑event reporting.
• Maintain stocks of marketing literature, manage distribution to sales teams and distributors, and support product‑launch activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team and contribute to group marketing projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in marketing.
• Motivated and able to work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team.
• Willing to support a range of activities across communications, digital marketing, events and operations.
