Marketing Assistant – Hybrid – £30‑32k

About the role

We are recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join a leading international organisation in Ashford. The role focuses on digital marketing and creative storytelling, offering a hybrid schedule that balances office collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of digital campaigns across email, website and social media.
• Create, schedule and test email campaigns using a marketing automation platform.
• Produce engaging content for organic social channels and repurpose assets for blogs and other digital media.
• Manage day‑to‑day updates on the client’s Shopify website, including product uploads and landing page edits.
• Assist with webinars, exhibitions and customer events, handling registrations and marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining marketing calendars and campaign trackers.

Required profile

• Passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling.
• Eager to learn quickly and make a real impact.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office Tuesday‑Thursday, remote Monday & Friday).
