Marketing Assistant – Hybrid Role in Leeds

About the role
We are partnering with an ambitious investment company based in Leeds that is expanding its marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing, gaining exposure to a broad range of marketing activities while receiving dedicated mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit marketing content, including copy and infographics.
- Assist in drafting press releases and case studies.
- Manage stakeholder communications and update the company website.
- Refresh marketing collateral and support filming project logistics.
- Provide event support such as venue sourcing, supplier liaison, and delegate information management.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of relevant work experience or a marketing graduate with a completed placement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Mailchimp and Canva.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, preferably Claude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
