Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global insurance player that is expanding across the UK, Europe and the US. The Marketing Assistant will join a small, dynamic team in London and report to the Head of Marketing and Communications, supporting a wide range of marketing and communications activities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and update content across website, intranet, LinkedIn, YouTube, e‑marketing tools and templates.
• Maintain brand asset library, marketing resource hub and corporate presentation collateral.
• Build, schedule and send e‑marketing campaigns such as newsletters, event invitations and follow‑ups.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of webinars, including scheduling, platform setup, registrations, live support and post‑event follow‑up.
• Support event and campaign delivery by coordinating logistics, collateral and timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks, supplier onboarding and budget tracking.
• Ensure marketing governance processes are followed and brand guidelines applied.
• Compile bi‑weekly marketing activity reports and quarterly/annual performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly organised and detail‑focused.
• Process‑driven with a structured approach to task management.
• Strong written communication and good design awareness.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to experiment with AI tools.
• Interest in the insurance sector is a plus.
