Marketing Automation Manager - HubSpot CRM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to own and optimise our HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs. You will work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to design automated customer journeys, improve lead generation and drive overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs, ensuring best practice in automation, workflows and CRM management.
• Plan, build and execute multi‑channel campaigns, including email, lead nurturing and automated journeys.
• Create and maintain audience segmentation, lead scoring and lifecycle management to boost lead quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure effective lead routing, qualification and pipeline visibility.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI and sales pipeline activity.
• Analyse results, run A/B tests and continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain data quality, database integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Support HubSpot integrations, system enhancements and stay updated on automation and AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Automation, CRM or Marketing Operations role within a B2B environment.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
• Demonstrated ability to design email marketing, lead nurturing and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of lead scoring, segmentation and sales pipeline processes.
• Experience producing marketing performance reports and data‑driven insights.
