Marketing Automation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing & Sales Automation Manager to lead the optimisation and scaling of our client’s marketing and sales operations in Poole. The role sits at the crossroads of marketing, sales, data, technology and revenue generation, using HubSpot to deliver seamless campaign execution and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the HubSpot automation platform, including workflows, nurturing programmes, lead scoring and segmentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design, launch, monitor and improve multi‑channel campaigns.
• Implement email marketing campaigns, handling content setup, automation, testing and performance reporting.
• Develop automated customer journeys that boost engagement, conversion and retention.
• Ensure accurate data capture across all touchpoints and maintain database hygiene in line with GDPR best practices.
• Continuously refine lead generation, nurturing processes and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing marketing and sales automation platforms.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical skills and a focus on revenue operations.
