Marketing & Brand Lead

About the role

Integrated Air Systems is seeking a proactive Marketing & Brand Lead to own and drive all marketing activities for its growing engineering business. Working from the Handforth office, you will create compelling content, manage digital channels and support business growth through strategic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website with engaging, SEO‑optimised content.
• Plan, create and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Produce customer case studies, technical write‑ups, brochures, datasheets and presentations.
• Coordinate photography, videography and 3D rendered visual assets to showcase projects.
• Monitor performance of website, social media and campaigns, producing reports and data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, projects and engineering teams to identify marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in managing website and social media channels for a B2B audience.
• Proven ability to create marketing literature, case studies and visual content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• Part‑time permanent contract (20–22 hours per week) with a salary of £35,000‑£42,000 per year.
