Marketing Business Partner

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join its rapidly growing accountancy and advisory practice as a Marketing Business Partner. You will work closely with partners, directors and business development teams to design and deliver marketing initiatives that support regional and firm‑wide growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals and growth ambitions.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support lead generation and client acquisition through targeted marketing activities.
• Create thought‑leadership content, client communications and sector‑focused material.
• Manage events, seminars, webinars and networking opportunities.
• Produce marketing collateral for bids and proposals.
• Raise the profile of service lines and specialists via PR, social media and external profiling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative assets and communications projects.
• Maintain website content and drive digital marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and provide insight‑led recommendations.
• Support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services.
• Experience in a Marketing Business Partner, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Background in accountancy, legal, financial services, consultancy or related professional sector.
• Strong knowledge of campaign planning, lead generation and brand‑building activities.
