Marketing Co-ordinator – Risk and Broking (Maternity Cover)

About the role

This maternity‑cover position supports the Marketing Manager in delivering the Risk and Broking marketing plan across digital, social, email and online event channels. The role is based in London with occasional travel to other sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for campaign execution, coordinating with regional and global marketing teams.
• Manage marketing tools such as Cvent, Marketo, Contact Monkey, Wrike and ON24.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards in PowerBI and Excel to evaluate campaign performance against sales targets.
• Develop product and service knowledge to ensure accurate messaging.
• Collaborate with Communications, Design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics centres of excellence.
• Uphold risk‑conduct standards, placing client interests and market integrity first.

Required profile

• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in a professional‑service or B2B environment.
• University internship or similar marketing exposure is considered.
• Strong organisational ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
• Proven team player with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
