Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join an established manufacturer in the Tonbridge area. The role will support sales, manage brand assets and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan.
• Support sales through customer engagement and lead generation.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events and product demonstrations.
• Manage photo and video shoots and oversee company merchandise.
• Create and maintain website and social media content.
• Produce and update marketing materials such as brochures, videos and press releases.
• Support CRM activities and market research initiatives.
• Mentor and manage the Marketing Apprentice.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team on communications, publications, exhibitions and dealer events.
• Travel within the UK and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Website development and content creation.
