Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the external brand presence through customer‑facing communications. Working closely with Sales, Commercial and Product teams, you will create and coordinate content that drives customer engagement, promotes products and services, and strengthens market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Act as guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across all external communications and materials.
• Create, update and maintain customer‑facing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product guides, presentations and exhibition materials.
• Draft and coordinate external communications, including announcements, newsletters and business updates.
• Manage and schedule content across relevant social media platforms, promoting news, launches and success stories.
• Maintain and regularly update the website, working with external providers to improve user experience and reflect new products.
• Support Sales and Commercial teams with customer‑facing materials and assist with exhibitions and trade shows.

Required profile

• Depends on experience (DOE) – suitable for candidates with relevant marketing and communications background.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to brand consistency and detail.

• Salary range £35,000‑£45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
