Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading science‑based agriculture company to find a Marketing Communications Specialist. You will design and deliver integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers and drive commercial growth. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Product teams to ensure every initiative is insight‑driven and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑channel communication strategies (digital, social, print, PR, events, email).
• Translate business and product objectives into clear campaign briefs, messaging and creative direction.
• Conduct audience segmentation, competitive analysis and insight gathering to shape campaign direction.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating internal teams and external agencies, while monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Oversee media planning and channel selection to maximise reach, engagement and conversion.
• Track performance using analytics tools, analyse data, and provide ROI reporting and optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute to brand evolution across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communication, campaign management or integrated marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
• Excellent project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Effective copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
