Marketing Content Specialist – Multi‑lingual Digital Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, multi‑lingual Marketing Content Specialist to join our international manufacturing and supply company based in Oldham. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of digital campaigns across multiple brands and European markets, leveraging SEO/SEA, automation, and behavioural psychology to drive acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, setting clear KPIs.
• Translate campaign strategies into tracking, tagging and analytics solutions.
• Create and optimise landing pages, CTAs and website content to improve conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing, lead scoring, mail flows and budget allocation across channels and countries.
• Maintain Data Studio dashboards and turn web, email and social data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Optimistic, self‑motivated and able to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Fluent in at least three European languages.
• Strong verbal communication and good written skills in English.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and occasional remote work.
