Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to design and deliver integrated B2B campaigns across digital, print and events. You will work hands‑on from concept through to execution, creating engaging marketing collateral in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, print and events.
• Plan, create and execute multi‑channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Produce creative assets such as brochures, presentations, email templates, social content and sales collateral.
• Write engaging B2B copy for campaigns, articles, websites and social media.
• Support exhibitions and events, including pre‑event promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with sales to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Manage external suppliers including print, digital and creative partners.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities.
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness of lead generation and campaign ROI.
• Strong eye for design and ability to produce professional collateral.
• Experience supporting exhibitions or events is beneficial.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms or basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
