Marketing Executive

About the role

Four Squared Recruitment, part of the Ballards Group, is seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Marketing Executive. Based in Worcester with regular travel to Birmingham, you will own marketing campaigns, produce engaging content and support business growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for social media, email marketing and digital platforms.
• Write compelling job adverts, blogs and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media channels.
• Support networking and client events, as well as brand campaigns.
• Deliver targeted email newsletters and track campaign performance.
• Work with CRM and marketing platforms to aid business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Ballards Group on cross‑brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience, preferably in recruitment, professional services or a B2B environment.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for high‑quality marketing.
