Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join Enra Specialist Finance in Watford. The role will support the execution of marketing activities aligned with the global strategy, focusing on mortgage club and network campaigns, events, and brand promotion for the West One brand.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities in line with the global marketing strategy, yearly priorities and company objectives.
• Support planning, implementation, tracking and measurement of mortgage club and network campaigns.
• Manage West One related events, including trade shows, exhibitions and wider company events.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create compelling content for broker audiences and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop and deliver content marketing, PR and communications plans, including case studies and industry blogs.
• Plan, implement and report on marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels such as email, digital automation, social media, pay‑per‑click and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Utilise HubSpot CRM for website CMS, campaign scheduling, email marketing, automation and full database management.
• Plan and execute the social media strategy for West One.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
• Experience within the real‑estate/property or specialist finance industry is desirable.
• Team player with flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and contribute new campaign and brand ideas.
