Marketing Executive

About the role

Our client, a family‑run high‑end external furniture business in Andover, is looking for a Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives. You will plan, create and deliver engaging campaigns across multiple channels, supporting sales growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design and send regular email marketing campaigns using an email marketing platform.
• Plan, create and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Produce written content such as social media posts, blogs, case studies and promotional material.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Create, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns for strong ROI.
• Analyse performance with Google Analytics and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Update and maintain website content, ensuring SEO optimisation.
• Capture professional photography and video of installations, products and company activities.
• Edit photo and video assets for use across all marketing channels.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital and printed materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
• Successful track record with social media advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated success managing and optimising Google Ads.
• Experience creating and delivering email marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to produce engaging multi‑channel content.
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
