Marketing Executive

About the role

Join a well‑established property business as a Marketing Executive, working across a broad range of marketing activities. You will create and manage content, support property teams, and help build the brand’s online presence while enjoying a hybrid work pattern (4 days office, 1 day home).

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule organic social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Visit properties and apartments to capture photo and video material.
• Design marketing materials and digital assets using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Support the presentation and dressing of apartments to ensure they are market‑ready.
• Update property listings and produce creative assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with lettings and property teams to meet their marketing needs.
• Assist with property shoots, displays and other promotional activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and maintain CRM updates, reporting and administration.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and practical with a hands‑on attitude.
• Previous experience in a marketing, content or social media role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
• Genuine interest in marketing, content creation and the property sector.
