Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, content and communications that build awareness, generate enquiries and help drive occupancy across a portfolio of care homes. Based in the Support Office in Darlington, this full‑time, office‑based role works 40 hours per week and collaborates closely with colleagues nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, digital activity and communications to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
• Create engaging content for a range of channels and support local marketing plans.
• Ensure homes are represented effectively across digital channels, referral platforms and community networks.
• Analyse campaign performance data, enquiry trends and market information to continuously improve activity.
• Support events, local engagement, online reputation management and other marketing initiatives that strengthen connections with residents, families and communities.

Required profile

• Creative, organised and commercially aware marketer.
• Confident in creating content across multiple channels and managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and ability to balance creative thinking with accurate reporting.
• Experience in a regulated sector such as care is beneficial, but strong marketing fundamentals are essential.
