Marketing Executive (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our client’s growing marketing team in Milton Keynes. The role is office‑based four days a week, with occasional travel to other sites, and offers the chance to work on a variety of campaigns, events and digital projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing database and support CRM activities using HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, projects and corporate events.
• Manage the marketing inbox, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Support social‑media activity, monitor campaign performance and help with digital communications.
• Produce and update marketing collateral such as brochures, team profiles and promotional literature.
• Upload website content, including news articles, blogs and updates.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for client events, seminars and internal meetings.
• Coordinate internal communications – newsletters, posters, announcements and staff events.
• Conduct market research to inform future marketing initiatives and business development.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and assist with photography and content creation when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• HubSpot or another CRM platform.
• Website content management (CMS) experience.

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £28,000 per year.
• Full‑time, 35‑hour week (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm).
