Marketing Executive – Multimedia & Motion Design

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services client for a Marketing Executive who specialises in multimedia and motion design. The role sits within the central marketing team and offers a hybrid working model in Newcastle, allowing you to create high‑quality video, animation and graphic content that brings campaigns and brand stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Produce multimedia content for social, web and digital channels.
• Edit video, perform colour grading and manage audio post‑production.
• Create motion graphics and animations.
• Design campaign and brand assets in both static and motion formats.
• Prepare layouts and collateral using InDesign.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts and campaigns.
• Manage projects from brief through to delivery.
• Contribute to storyboards, scripting and content planning.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated experience in motion graphics, animation workflows and video editing.
• Portfolio showcasing multimedia, animation and design work.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and brand alignment.
• Photography skills are advantageous.
