Marketing Executive – £28k, Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join a forward‑thinking company in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a Marketing Assistant, Administrator or recent graduate eager to develop their career and support a dynamic marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the marketing database, preferably using HubSpot.
• Manage marketing projects and events alongside the Senior Marketing Executive.
• Handle the marketing enquiries inbox and route queries to the appropriate team members.
• Support social media campaigns, analytics and direct‑mail communications.
• Create promotional material such as team sheets, brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
• Upload web articles, blogs and make website amendments.
• Produce internal communications including newsletters, flyers and posters.
• Conduct market research and gather data to inform marketing plans.
• Provide photography support when required and offer general assistance to the team.

Required profile

• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to support breakfast/evening events both virtually and on‑site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant marketing qualification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing) is a plus.

Required skills

• MS Office suite.
