Marketing Graduate

About the role

This full‑time Marketing Graduate position supports the UK Sales team for an internationally established group. Based in Witney, Oxfordshire, the role combines local campaign execution with occasional travel to Germany and off‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing contact for the UK Sales team, creating and maintaining sales collateral such as product presentations, technical data sheets, competitor comparisons and case studies.
• Execute UK‑specific marketing campaigns, managing email, social media and direct‑mail content, and support central campaigns with local adaptations.
• Coordinate and administer local events, customer workshops and UK trade shows, handling logistics and post‑event communications.
• Maintain and optimise UK website content for the local market.
• Order and distribute promotional materials and product samples for the sales force.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in localising technical white papers and news releases for new technologies such as FusionAI, computing platforms and eKit electrification systems.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education in marketing, business or a relevant technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for creating concise, compelling sales‑focused content.
