Key responsibilities

• Conduct consumer, customer and market research to uncover insights that inform business and brand decisions.
• Analyse data and identify trends to support strategic recommendations and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D, to support key business priorities.
• Monitor market performance, competitor activity and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support a variety of marketing and business projects through research, analysis and project coordination.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s student studying Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Science, Human Sciences, Business, Economics, Marketing (analytical focus), Engineering or a related discipline.
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit to 36.25 hours per week for a 12‑month internship.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious, analytical, eager to learn and comfortable asking questions.
• Inclusive, team‑oriented and able to build strong relationships across functions.
