Marketing Lead – Flight Data Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Marketing Lead to own the integrated marketing strategy for our Flight Data Intelligence portfolio. Based in Whiteley, you will work closely with sales and product teams to drive qualified demand and boost brand visibility on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand‑generation campaigns that deliver high‑quality leads and grow the sales pipeline.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, AEO and content optimisation to increase search visibility and website performance.
• Strengthen brand positioning through compelling messaging, thought‑leadership content, case studies and success stories.
• Manage marketing automation, lead‑nurturing workflows and engagement programmes while tracking KPIs and ROI.
• Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis, customer research and industry trend monitoring.
• Plan and deliver events such as trade shows, webinars and conferences to maximise brand exposure and lead generation.
• Support sales with RFP responses, collateral creation and other business‑development resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within a technology‑focused environment.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving measurable revenue growth.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product and executive teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
