Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, growth and performance for an established and expanding company in Tunbridge Wells. You will work closely with a collaborative team to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that engage both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Enhance brand reputation and sector visibility through strategic positioning and communications.
• Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across the brand portfolio.
• Oversee campaign timelines, channel strategies and delivery schedules.
• Lead the creation and execution of email, social media, PPC, SEO and website content initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing with multi‑channel campaign management.
• Exceptional written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
