Marketing Lead

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing travel company, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to shape and drive their marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. You will work in a modern office in Cheshire, collaborating with airlines, tourist boards and internal teams on B2B airfare and cruise campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute standout campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Write creative briefs and produce copy, image and video content.
• Proof‑read all materials to maintain high quality standards.
• Produce end‑of‑campaign reports with full analysis and apply learnings to future work.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, trade shows and Fam Trips.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with travel suppliers, tourist boards, trade press and agencies.
• Track profit and loss, budget expenditure and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum five years in a senior marketing role.
• Full‑mix marketing experience, including campaign management.
• Strong market‑oriented mindset and solid understanding of marketing principles.
