Marketing Manager – 12‑Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers a strategic, hands‑on marketer the chance to own marketing, customer experience and brand communications for a portfolio of science‑backed consumer products. You will work across both B2B and B2C brands, leading campaigns and supporting corporate communications for a listed organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns across social, email, paid media and brand channels.
• Oversee brand refresh activities, including POS updates, guidelines and collateral.
• Provide retail, online and wholesale partners with brand assets.
• Manage Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, optimizing spend and creative performance.
• Drive online revenue on websites and Amazon.
• Coordinate new product development pipeline and launch support.
• Handle B2B and consumer customer‑service queries across all brands.
• Monitor Trustpilot reviews and overall customer sentiment.
• Maintain a corporate communications calendar and support PLC‑level announcements and LinkedIn content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand marketing and customer service.
• Strong digital and performance‑marketing background (paid social, CRM, SEO, content, influencer).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Commercial acumen with the capacity to prioritise across brands and channels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
