Marketing Manager – B2B & B2C Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our B2B and B2C marketing strategy for a growing business in Melksham. The role is hands‑on, allowing you to shape the brand, drive customer engagement and support business growth while managing a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
• Support e‑commerce growth and product launches.
• Plan and deliver trade shows and events.
• Create marketing collateral and engaging content.
• Collaborate with Sales, E‑commerce and Product teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Line‑manage and develop a Marketing & Content Creator.
• Champion new marketing technologies and AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.
• Experience with e‑commerce and CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a data‑driven approach.
• Experience managing people or external agencies.

• CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zoho, Faire).
• Data analysis and ROI measurement.
