Marketing Manager – B2B Commercial & International

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing activities for an international engineering and technology group. Working hybrid from home with one day a week in Warrington, you will partner closely with sales to turn marketing initiatives into measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate UK and international trade shows and exhibitions.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns that support sales pipelines.
• Create customer‑focused collateral, presentations and case studies.
• Maintain and update corporate websites with engaging content.
• Manage LinkedIn and broader digital marketing channels.
• Support product launches and commercial campaigns.
• Collaborate with external agencies on design, website development and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand application across all business units.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a B2B Marketing Executive or Manager role.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to quantify marketing impact.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
