Marketing Manager – B2B (Financial Services)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our regulated financial services business in Bristol. You will design and execute targeted campaigns that raise awareness of specialist products among employers, consultants and other key stakeholders, working closely with sales and internal teams to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise integrated B2B marketing campaigns aimed at intermediaries and consultants.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging and sales‑enablement assets such as pitch decks, case studies, brochures and digital content.
• Collaborate with sales to support priority prospects, nurture consultant relationships and feed pipeline opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution, analysing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines through close work with compliance, proposition and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or in a similar B2B marketing role.
• Strong background in campaign planning, execution, optimisation and lead‑generation.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams in a pipeline‑driven environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex propositions.
• Experience in financial services, pensions, employee benefits or another regulated sector is advantageous.
