Marketing Manager – Construction Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a dynamic construction business. You will shape the brand, drive market presence and support growth initiatives across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, social media and email campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral, case studies, presentations and bid support materials.
• Coordinate PR activities and promote project successes.
• Oversee external agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets.
• Organise industry events, networking opportunities and client engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and analysis.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience in construction, property, engineering or built‑environment sectors.
• Strong digital marketing and content creation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, proactive and commercially focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
